Auto generate sales receipts while placing an order using Magnest Quickbooks Online Integration

Hi,

I have integrated https://marketplace.magento.com/magenest-module-quickbooksonline.html in my Magento Store. 

It is not auto-generating the sales receipts while placing the order. Could anyone please suggest that how I can achieve the same using this extension? or do I have to use any other extension for this?

Secondly, if someone makes a refund for the order then how is it reflected in QBO? Is it automatically get reflected?

Next, if we made any change in the price in QBO then how it pushed the changes to Magento.

Please suggest to me on these points. How I can achieve these by using this extension? If not then suggest a way or new extension which fulfills all these requirements. 

Also, can we use https://store.webkul.com/magento2-quickbooks-qbo-connector.html extension with QBO?
