Why B2B features need to be enabled?

General > B2B Features | Adobe Commerce

B2C features are all available by default, correct?

Because most stores are B2C and minority is B2B so it makes more sense for those who need B2B features to enable them than for everyone else to have to disable them if they were enabled by default.
