Hey folks, wondering if anyone knows the answer to this.
When I select multiple products and then go to ACTION > UPDATE ATTRIBUTES and make a change (change the markup value for example) the changes do not get updated on my site. So I then need to go into each individual product (where I can see the markup value has actually been changed) and click save for it to go live.
So basically doing a batch update makes the change on the backend but doesn't make it live without me going into each product and hitting save. I have tried re-indexing and clearing cache but still doesn't work.
