How to make a promotion to buy A + B + C and get a special price in Magento 2.3.1
example:
product A = $20
product B = $20
product C = $20
After buying all three products it becomes a special price of $ 50

yes I have seen it, but it is different from what I expected.
in Magento 2.1 the promotion rule can be applied, after updating to Magento 2.2 and 2.3, it cannot be used anymore.
Do you have a screenshot configuration of the rule when was working?
Also, can you share the current configuration and explain why is not working? (I'll try to reproduce it on a vanilla 2.3.3)
