When an order confirmation is sent to the customer it also sends to our round robin system to distribute it to a salesperson to claim. The round robin (8x8 and Netsuite in this case) cannot handle the CSS and therefore cannot extract the information it needs to display the order number etc... Is there a way to send the order confirmation to the customer as we are currently but additionally send a much simpler non-html version to our round robin recipient?
