Cannot install theme from Marketplace

I am at my wits end trying to install the Templates Master Absolute theme from the Marketplace.

I’ve purchased a theme from the marketplace.

I’ve created a keypair

I’ve installed the keypair in my copy of Magento

System->Web Setup Wizard

If I click on System Configuration

Public key is displayed

***** displayed instead of private key

SO it appears keypair is installed in my copy of Magento

System->Web Setup Wizard

I click on Extension Manager. I click on Refresh

The number of ‘Extensions ready to install’ did not increment and the purchased theme doe snot appear in the list

Step 3 in the link you provided says "Tap Component Manager".  There is no Component Manager.  There is:

Extension Manager

Module Manager

System Upgrade

System Configration

I tapped Extension Manager. There is no 'Sign In' link.  

After tapping Extension Manager, there are 90 items shown.  The theme I purchased in the Marketplace is not among them.

Hi @david_barnhart,

In that case you will need some support from the Magento's Marketplace team.

I'm not sure but maybe @ltraub or @mcyrus can point us in the right direction.
