We recently upgraded from M1 to M2.3 and I have been having a very hard time with creating new backend users or updating the info for existing users.
Every time I try to create a user, the fields are already filled with information about another user say userX.
This is not so bad, I can override these values with my information and save the user.
However, the problem is, say I create a user user1, when I go to that user to update any value, the fields are loaded with userX's values. The only thing I can do is delete user1 and recreate again with updated info.
This is not a cookie issue or a cache issue. I have cleared everything but still when I try to create any new user or update any existing user, the record is filled with user1's value.
Any help is appreciated
