Currency Setup & Languages

Greetings, Please tell me how to get US Dollar to show.  I have spent HOURS looking for the setting in admin and can't find it.  Thanks. 

Also, what default languages are included with Magento 2.1, and how do I activate them without installing extensions.  Thanks again.

To Setup  Currency

Go -> Stores->Configuration->Currency Setup

Under Currency Option : Set this

- Base Currency : Us Dollar

- Default Display Currency : Us Dollar

- Allowed Currencies : Us Dollar

Thanks Manish. But it only shows USD. I want it to show USD - Us Dollar.
