Customer Account Page can't Open

Hello, I'm installing a CancelOrder Extension of Ranosys.

when im enable module through SSH, its completed without any error.

In Backend, the Cancel Order Panel is Show Properly

Even frontend also work properly, but when I try to log in, I got an error during Login.

Object DOMDocument should be created.

 Now Tell me, How could i fix this error.

Hi @hitender_17

First you actually need to identify error is coming from CancelOrder Extension ? or from some other component ?

So try to disabled this extension first and then check - my account is showing properly or not ?

Also you need to check in var/log and post exact error log with file name from there
