Deleted my index page, what to do now?

Hi,My hosting provider identify that security attack is made on these files below and until the file is not clean, you will not be able to see your website online

/js/index.php
downloader/index.php

index.php

I deleted these file, now how can i retrieve my website

Can you redownload your version of Magento 1.X from the Release Archives tab of this page? https://magento.com/tech-resources/download. Then you can copy the missing files into place. 

In general, I would recommend using a version control system like git so you can restore files should they have been modified or lost.
