Discount + base amount

Hi,

I would like to set my discounts + a base amount like so:

Retail : 1000$

Discount 30% : 700$

Base Amount 50$ : 750$

Customer see: Retail at 1000$ and discounted at 750$

So the same would be applied to another item:

Retail: 500$

Discount 25%: 375$

Base amount 50$ : 425$

Customer see: Retail at 500$ and discounted at 425$

How would you guys proceed for the base amount?

This functionality (Base price Configuration) is not available with the default Magento feature. You need to do customization for the same. Or you can purchase the available extension in the Market.
