Display attribute in layered navigation, even if all products have same value for this attribute

Hello, I am using Magento CE 2.3.0.

I noticed that Magento 2 hides attribute from Category page's layered navigation, if value for this particular attribute is same for all products in this category.

How do I make magento 2 to display that attribute in layered navigation anyway?

Hello,

Navigate yourself to that particular attribute page and choose the "Storefront Properties" option under the left-hand side "Attribute Information" block. 

Under that "Storefront Properties" page, locate the "Use In Layered Navigation" setting and change its current value "Filterable (with results)" to "Filterable (no results)".

Then experience the magic on the storefront under any Category page's layered navigation.
