Downloading latest patches

Hi

We are new to the updating/upgrading of Magento2 and have been looking for the latest patches that need to be applied - our site says security-only patches 2.4.2-p1 and 2.3.7-p2 are available. We are currently running on ver 2.3.7-p1.

Crazy question but where do we download these patches from.

We will be using Composer to apply them.

Any help would really be appreciated
