ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when trying to open magento 2 admin panel

Hi Dears

 

I´m getting error " ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS " when I´m trying to open/ access admin panel of my magento 2.2.5 store. I start facing this after I did activation of cache of my website, in paralel I´m using cloudflare as CDN.

 

Can somebody help me?

Hi @Plat,

 

I think that the browser cache and cookies are causing the issue. Try clearing them. It should solve your problem.

Dear @md. ehsanul haque _kanan  I already did it but the issue persist. This situation started after I activated the cookie on the web site via admin panel.

 

The website is also using cloudflare as CDN.
