Google API - Google AdWords tracking not working at all

I’ve set up conversion tracking in Google Ads, copied my Conversion ID and Coversion Label, pasted into Magento Admin Google API -Google AdWords settings and enabled.

i e flushed cache, re compiled, redeployed etc.

but NO tracking tags or code is showing on site, it’s not doing anything..

Nope, just went to Magento Admin > Stores > Configuration > Sales > Google API > Google Adwords

It should work, can you just clear your browser and Magento cache. or try it to load in private window.
