Group Pricing in Magento 2

Once again I see answers all over the board on this one but none are consistent or recent. In my version of Magento 2.0.4 there is not area to do group pricing. Is this still a bug or am I missing something here?

Hi Dmity,

That may be a work around that may or may not work. I am referring to the actual group pricing as refereed to in the Magento 2 User Guide on page 215.

How do I do that in "bulke", let say for all products or all products of a category at once ?
