Site is available in both SSL and non-SSL.
Three store views: English, Spanish, Chinese.
Problem 1: Logo URL always HTTP instead of HTTPS in the HTTPS page
previously a community member has similar problem,Logo URL always HTTPS instead of HTTP"https://community.magento.com/t5/Magento-2-x-Admin-Configuration/Logo-URL-always-HTTPS-instead-of-HT...". But my problem is the other way around.
Problem 2: English is in default view. But in any other languages, click the logo URL goes to the English site (Default view).
