Hi, I have received my first order through a third party and not through my website. How do I input the order on the backend of my website and generate a customer invoice? I have set up the new customer and generated a new order, but I'm not able to submit the new order due to not having a payment method. I can't see were I can create alternative payment methods. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Claire
