How to Configure Shipping by Product Category

Let's say I have three categories and I want to provide shipping options specific to each.

Cat A

        USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box

        FedEx Overnight Large Box

        Fedex Two Day Large Box

Cat B

        FedEx Ground My Packaging

Cat C

        Free Shipping by USPS Priority Mail

Can this be configured using the built in Magento 2.1 functionality, if so how, or do I need a third party component.?  If I need a third party component, what can I use?

With it you will be able to assign particular shipping methods to product categories:
