We are a music gig organizer company and I am planning to use Magento 2.1.x to sell & book online tickets (for gigs organised by my team).
Currently, we organise nightclub gigs (like Ladies Night, DJ Special, etc.) and we have entry tickets as follow:
Ticket Type:
1. Guestlist: Free entry allowed till 9:30PM.
2. Cover Entry: Paid entry allowed post 9:30PM till end of the event.
Gender:
1. Ladies: For guestlist, we need at least 1 female in the group; For Cover, generally customer have to pay INR 500 per female.
2. Gents: For guestlist, solo male not allowed; For Cover, generally customer have to pay INR 1000 per male.
While booking, our customer have to first select type (guestlist or cover) then have to enter how many no. of female & male and then add to cart > checkout.
What Product Type is best suited for above scenario? Should I use group product type or configurable product type, and how?
