Layered navigation for custom collection on custom page - magento2.3.5p1

I Have a custom collection Listing page.
I need to add Layered Navigation on it. I have Override Listpage.php block and I get the collection in it. I follow two blogs but they get the collection inside the model so I am how can I use it. because my productcollection is inside the Block/ListProduct.php file.
