Magento 2.2.5 CE Unable to save Catalog Price Rules

HI,

 

As stated in title i have a problem with catalog price rules. I cant save a rule when magento is hosted on linux/centos but when it's on Windows everything works fine. I get an error message "Unable to save" when i click "save and continue edit". cpruts.png

Similar php versions on both sites, on Windows 7.1.23 and on Centos 7.1.15.

Anyone has any idea why this wouldn't work? 

I can provide with more info around configuration.
