Magento 2.3.6 - Currency Settings disabled

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem.

The currency settings in my Magento 2.3.6 setup are disabled even though i am logged in with administrator user with full access permission.

Due to this, i am not able to change my stores default currency or enable currency switcher in frontend.

If anyone has any inputs or suggestion, that would be great help!

May be there should some issue on global view, So 

Kindly switch to Store view and then hopefully you are able to change the fields values.
