Magento 2.3: URL rewrite not working

I moved website to new instance. While enabling URL rewrite, internal links of website not working.

This is the path for enable rewrite option:

STORES -> Configuration -> GENERAL -> Web -> Search Engine Optimization and select Yes from the Use Web Server Rewrites

OR

Internal pages not working without index.php in URL.

Example:
example.com/index.php/boss - URL rewrite disabled, It is working.
example.com/boss - URL rewrite enabled, not working.

any solution?
