Magento 2.4.8 CE with porto theme 5.0

I have Magento 2.4.8 p3 with Porto theme 5.0 installed. Porto has 2 custom menu blocks, one "Home button" and other "Features" There are 2 custom blocks for that menu items "Custom_Menu_Before" and "Custom_Menu_After"
After importing cms pages and custom blocks, the menu looks fine. After I change name of the button in custom block the button goes bottom (see screenshoots). Even if I will not change anything just open that block and save it, it goes under menu... after deleting the block and importing it again the menu again looks as it must be.

Again, the strange thing is, even I don;t even touch the code, just open the block for editing and just save it. The button goes under menu... Only deleting the block and importing it again corrects button position...

It might be related the page builder and causing css issues which leads to send the block bottom of the page on saving.
