How can we integrate FedEx Saturday Shipping method with the Magento 2.X

I see what you mean. It appears that this was an issue with Magento 1 as well, and some folks were able to work around it. See notes at: https://community.magento.com/t5/Magento-1-x-Programming/FedEx-Saturday-Shipping/td-p/5556
If you're not using a 3rd party system like ShipperHQ, as best as I can tell, you'll have to engage in similar customization.
