Magento 2 and outlook365
Hello, I have problems with pairing magento 2 and outlook365. I've heard about AUTH2 from last year, probably magento still don't have it.
But, settings looks correct.
Disable Email Communications: NO
Transport: SMTP
Host: smtp.office365.com
Port (25): 587
Set Return-Path: NO
Username: email
Password: Password
Auth: LOGIN
SSL: TSL
What is wrong here? Email works fine without any problems... What I'm doing wrong?

Re: Magento 2 and outlook365
Try setting SSL to "TLS" instead of "TSL" and Ensure the port is correctly set to 587. Also, double-check if OAuth2 is required for your Office365 account. If the problem persists, contacting Magento or Office365 support could provide more insights.

Re: Magento 2 and outlook365
It looks like you’re having trouble with Magento 2 and Outlook365 integration. Here’s a quick checklist to resolve it:
SMTP Settings:
Host: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption: TLS (not SSL)
Auth: LOGIN
Username: Your full email address
Password: Your email password
Enable OAuth 2.0: Ensure Magento 2.4.5 or later is used, as it supports OAuth 2.0. If your version is older, consider upgrading.
Check Security Settings: Verify that your Outlook365 account allows SMTP connections and does not have restrictions like multi-factor authentication blocking the connection.
Review Magento Logs: Look at var/log/system.log or var/log/exception.log for errors related to email.
If issues persist, contact Magento support or your email provider for help. For your gaming store, "https://elitegamingstore.pk/" ensuring email works seamlessly is key for order confirmations and customer communication.

Re: Magento 2 and outlook365
Hello,
It sounds like you're facing challenges with pairing Magento 2 and Outlook 365. As of last year, Magento 2 does not natively support OAuth2 for authentication with Outlook 365, which can complicate integration efforts. This limitation may require custom solutions or third-party extensions to facilitate the connection.
If you're looking for reliable components or services to assist with your integration, EliteGamingStore provides a range of tech solutions that might include tools or services to help streamline your setup. However, for specific Magento 2 and Outlook 365 integration needs, consulting with a developer experienced in custom Magento solutions or exploring specialized extensions might be your best approach.
