The built-in FedEx plug does not work properly for a UK store (shipping is always there). If your shipping address is from the UK it shows zero cost or does not show FedEx shipping capabilities. For other European countries it shows the cost as if it were shipped from the US (of course, the sales / shipping settings / origin country is UK-selected).
