I have setup VAT Standard, VAT Reduced and VAT Exempt rates for the United Kingdom, however Magento is adding VAT to other Countries as well.
How do I set it up so that this does not happen?
I have seen the option to add exempt customers to a separate customer group but that means they have to wait for their account to be processed and is likely to cause loss of sales.
Surely there is a way to setup so that VAT / Tax is not added when other Countries are selected???
