Hi ,
I setuped automated backups in Magento Admin Panel. I enabled the cron settings in configuration tab and mentioned like it needs to trigger daily once. Unfortunately no cronjob running.
I ran the below command in commandline
php bin/magento cron:install
After that as well cron is not running properly. Even it is not showing any error in logs. I tried to install a third party module , In that it is showing as "No heartbeat found" . I am using DigitalOcean as the server. Its a cloud server with ubuntu.
