Optimizing the Admin

Hi,

we have a multi site using Magento 2.4,  the admin seems to be running really slow sometimes,

I have asked our support developer team, which seems to take for ever for them to respond or even do anything within a reasonable time frame. seems like excuse after excuse, pay me more and more to investigate, and nothing is progressing, to the point I'm totally fed up with them!

We use Amasty Product Grid Extension for the Admin

Could someone explain what Indexes need to be On Save and what needs to be on schedule?
Also the browser seems to be freezing due to JS performance, how do I improve this?

• Increase the memory limit
• Delete unused products
• Index management
• Fine-tune the database structure
• Magento 2 modes
• Caching
• Get rid of unused extensions
• Choose lightweight themes
• Get the latest Magento 2 version
