Out of stock swatches only appearing if at least one color is available

Hello,

I noticed that the out of stock color swatches do not appear if none is in stock.

If at least one color is in stock I have all colors displayed with out of stock crossed out.

But when all of the colors are out of stock, the swatches block disappears.

Is there a way to show all colors crossed out if none in stock?

Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Inventory: 
Ensure "Display Out of Stock Products" is "Yes". This setting controls the visibility of out-of-stock products in general.

Thanks for your answer, yes, config is set to "yes" for all scopes.

Products are displayed and accessible but no swatch if no child in stock.
