Payment Methods Admin Menu (404 error page not found)

Hello,

This is my first try with Magento.

I try to config "Payment Methods" (Bank transfer and COD) but ON SAVE I receive "404 error page not found". 

I have CE 2.2.6

you should check if the php version you use is 7.1
