I have magento 2.2.3 which I have updated to 2.2.5
After the update in email template manager at backend and email subjects which are send to users I get question marks ???? on Cyrillic characters
Any ideas how to fix this?

Did you checked into Marketing -> Communications -> Email templates if there are some issues with the content?
If you are using default templates or templates from files, is it possible to check if fle enconding is correct?
