Readiness check problem : "Your current PHP memory limit is 256M

Hello!

I have installed magento and a theme and everthing's working fine.

I tried yo update a new module and i get this error.

I have checked my php.ini file, i have set it to 768, or higher.

From php info i can see that the change is made correcrty.

I even added an extra value on the bin/magento file.

I still get this error.

The hosting company can't find anything, everything they said, i had done it already.

Any ideas what i can check?

Thank you.

Thomas

Re: Readiness check problem : "Your current PHP memory limit is 256M

I have the same issue when trying to upgrade from 2.1.7 to 2.2 via Web Setup Wizard. Every php.ini (multiple because of using multiphp) is changed to 768M. I also had multiple people at our hosting company verify this as well.

The only thing I can think is that there is a file in Magento somehow confusing the installer that there is less memory than there actually is, but I have no idea what file that would be if so.

Did you ever have any luck resolving this and if so, how?
