Regarding customer details

Hi,

Here I have a problem in showing customer details in mailchimp. I have configured mailchimp in magento  and there displaying only customer name and email address. I need to show their birthday, phonenumber but its not showing. Will you help me with this.

Which Mailchimp extension you are using to integrate with magento?

HI @pannerselv8543 ,

In your configured extension of Magento , there must be some Customer field mapping with Mailchimp fields setting. Try to map Date of birth and Phone number in the same. Like screenshot.

I have already installed mail chimp. its only displaying email id in mailchimp. but i want to show full deatils of customer.

Check the configuration of extension.

In the Customer Fields Mapping section, input an existing Mailchimp merge tag value and click the corresponding drop-down menu to choose a Magento customer field. This will sync your Magento customer data with the right audience field in Mailchimp. To map additional fields, click Add.

I configured as you said but it is not reflecting in mailchimp. can you help how to over come with this prob.
