We've installed the Smartwave Porto theme and would like to set up a role for a developer to access, without giving them access to our user settings. It appears that only users with "all" access can see the Smartwave icon and theme settings. If I set up a user with custom access, and select everything, the smartwave icon and the porto theme settings do not appear in the admin panel. I've asked smartwave about this and they say its a Magento issue and cannot help.
