Set Product Tax Classes in Website

I have a Multisite Magento 2.3 store where there is a separate website for each country.
In the product properties ("Catalog > Products") you can see that the tax class is defined in the scope [website]. When I open any website scope via "Stores > Configuration", I only find the field "Tax Class for Shipping" under "Sales > Tax > Tax Classes". The fields "Tax Class for Product" and "Tax Class for Customer" are missing here.
How do I configure the "Tax Class for Product" for the respective websites?
