Sorting more than one page of grouped products in admin

I have a number of grouped products with more than 1 page of grouped items. I list my items alphabetically, but cannot move items from 2nd page to 1st page so as to slot newly added items Ing correct position. Is there a solution - maybe increase the number of items per page in admin

page 1o2 is sorted alphabetically, but because this group has so many items it overflows onto page 2 and I am wondering how i can move items from page 2 to 1 and vice versa to ensure they are displayed alphabetically on the front end.
