Start and end date cart rule M2 EE 2.1.2

Hi does anyone know how to set a start and end date for a cart rule in M2 EE 2.1.2?

I cannot seem to find anywhere to input this!

I'm using M2 EE 2.1.3, in this version also I didn't find start and end date. In which version start and end dates available?
