Hello dear all, I am lost in the way how to set up VAT.
In the 2.1.2 online manual,

I do see on page Operations > Stores > Taxes > Configuring VAT:
Step 1: Set Up Customer Tax Classes
1. On the Admin sidebar, tap Stores. Then choose, select Tax Zones and Rates.
Step 2: Set Up Product Tax Classes
1. On the Admin menu, select Sales > Tax > Product Tax Classes.
Step 3: Set Up Tax Zones and Rates
1. On the Admin menu, select Sales > Tax > Manage Tax Zones & Rates.
Step 4: Set Up Tax Rules
1. On the Admin menu, select Sales > Tax > Manage Tax Rules.
What I do see in my 2.1.2 Magento installation is another reality:
(I understand that Admin sidebar and Admin menu is both the same (?))
Step 1: Set Up Customer Tax Classes
1. On the Admin sidebar, tap Stores
Choices are:
(Operations)
Orders
Invoices
Shipments
Credit Memos
Billing Agreements
Transactions
I am looking into Stores => Configuration => Sales => Tax
According to the manual I have to go to
Sales > Tax > Product Tax Classes
and
Sales > Tax > Manage Tax Rule
both menu items are not to be found
Is that an obsolete text? I there an updated one?
Any help is appreciated.
