URL Rewrite for 1st Menu Issue

Using 2.4.7-p6:

All menus for Level 1 categories are working and were auto-created, however the rewrite for my 1st level 1 menu is not working. I've tried creating a category url rewrite, and also the format that Magento is using, but neither work.

Format for all other menus that work:

Store: Default Store VIew

Request Path: brands.html

Target Path: catalog/category/view/id/807

Redirect Type: No

Format that Magento uses for non-working menu:

Store: Default Store View

Request Path: Daily Living Aids

Target Path: catalog/category/view/id/92796 OR

Target Path: catalog/category/view/s/daily-living-aids/id/92796

Redirect Type: No

Strangely submenus to this use the correct url (daily-living-aids/submenu.html

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please disregard.

We're hosted on an AWS server. It turns out that it wasn't enough to restart all caching services plus php-fpm. It required a server restart for this particular rewrite to become effective. Not sure why, but yet another question that won't need to be solved!
