Hi,
this is the first time I've posted here! - I have a query and I hope someone can shed some light on for me.
We've just launched a Magento website, and set it Live this morning.
I'm not sure if it's something missing on moving from the temporary domain to Live domain, or whether it's because I've now tested with multiple orders - but every time I log in, I get this message now:
Yopto - An error occurred during the automated sync process! (module: Yotpo_Yotpo)
Never seen it before until today.
I've not got Yopto enabled either...
The site was in Developer mode, now in Production, but it did it today whilst still in Developer mode too.
Google doesn't shed any light on this message whatsoever - can anyone help?
Hi Paul,
Welcome to the forums!
While you may not have manually installed the Yotpo extension, if you're on the latest version of Magento, you have this extension. Yotpo is now part of Magento's "core bundled extension" program. These are extensions that Magento allows to be pre-installed for all users, much like the modules for UPS, FedEx, PayPal, and Authorize.net that have historically been part of a Magento instance "off the shelf":
I'm not sure what the cause or solution of your exact issue is, but you can learn more, and hopefully debug, by reviewing this info: https://docs.magento.com/m2/ee/user_guide/marketing/yotpo-settings.html
Best of luck!
Hey Paul,
Run this command:
bin/magento module:status
and see if this module: Yotpo_Yotpo installed or not?
Hello @paul_bradley2
Did you checkout the configuation further of yotpo?

hey,
thanks for taking the time to reply - really appreciate it!
Delving some more into this, it looks like the message(s) had not been marked as Read (usually when you click Read more on the pop up it does this, these ones did not)
I marked them all as Read in the matrix of messages, and it's not come back since.
I have tried to disable Yotpo through any settings possible in the backend anyway.
I think in hindsight I already already disabled the messages, and it was an echo of a previous message that wouldn't go away.
thanks again!
