SOLVED

can't import tablerates.csv

Hello!

If I download the file tablerates.csv via sales - shipping methods, this goes without an error message. If I upload it again it will go well too! (doing well!)

But

As soon as I add a line in this .csv (which I modify in notepad) I get an error message when saving.
Also with the help of https://elgentos.nl/tablerates/ it has not yet succeeded to upload a filled .csv file.

As far as I understand it is simple: (Price v. Destination)

Country, Region / State, Zip / Postal Code, Shipping Price
NLD, *, *, 9.39.95

Unfortunately! error message.

also
NLD, *, *, 9.12
or
USA, *, *, 8.10
or
NLD, *, * 0.0200.1.6600

What do I overlook?

Sincerely,
Ton Geurts

(ps, I have had this text translated by google translate)

Re: can't import tablerates.csv

Hello @ton_geurts

I think there may be some problem with the formating. Try opening tablerates.csv in excel sheet and then add the lines you want. Flush cache and try uploading again

Please accept as solution and kudos if it works for you!!

Re: can't import tablerates.csv

Hi Ton,

I had the same problem.

The fix was to edit and save the csv in Google Docs.
