corn job and reindexing in magento ce 2.2.1

hi guies - I am very new in Magento and really need some help here. 

I am trying to configure my test site oh a bluehost shared hosting. I have installed magento 2.2.1 with webkul multi-vendor marketplace extinction. I am unable to configure reindexing as there is an issue with corn job. 

I am trying the document provided by magento 

but I am unable to run it from command prompt using putty 

any suggestions or ways to help me on this please ??

Hi @adnton,

It seems a typo.

You've used "corn" instead of "cron".

The command should be:

bin/magento cron:install

Can you fix that and try again?
