having a problem importing tablerate csv file regarding regions

Hi,

Can someone help me identify what the problem is? I am using Magento 2.2.6. I have added the regions to Magento so they are selectable on the front end. Why is there an error with regions when I try to import the CSV file for the Table Rate shipping.

 

UPDATE: Success! Thank you all for your help but the problem has now been solved.

I figured out the problem was to do with using the codes the regions were assigned on the backend. Thanks.
