how to get report on cart price rule not using coupon

Hi,

Do you know how to get a report on sales «affected» by a cart price rule that is not using a specific coupn code?

Like customers get a 10% off on products of a specific category and that rebate is set via a cart price rule but customer do not need to use a specific coupon code to get that 10% off.

Isn't that a relevant information to have?

There is a way to inform the customer that we have available this offer as create the block and call that block on the cart page but that block display for all the customers.
