Add support for disabling Redis cache from command line

Official Magento 2 documentation do list how to enable redis caching for page and session caching but there's no equivalent command line to revert back to non-redis defaults it seems https://community.magento.com/t5/Admin-Configuration-Questions/Disabling-Redis-cache-from-command-li...

Would be nice if there were added command line options to disable redis caching and revert to default out of box configurations instead of having to modifying env.php.

Yes as discussed previously , its really necessary step which is needed through command line.

if we enable redis cache , then we must have option on command line to disable it and enable default magento caching back.

Because every time if we need to enable default cache back then we need to do it manually from app/etc/env.php
