Browser cache configuration failed

Hello,
I am having difficulty setting up the browser cache in magento2
I tried to put the code in
/var/www/html/magento2/.htaccess
/var/www/html/magento2/pub/.htaccess
I also tried in /etc/apache2/conf-available after a2enconf browser-cache.conf

apache2ctl -M | grep expires
expires_module (shared)
apache2ctl -M | grep headers
headers_module (shared)

Does your web server supports the necessary modules to enable browser cache? Does it also support the ability to use .htaccess?

The problem is almost solved.
the error that was occurring was caused by the cloudflare cache, so any changes you made to the server could not validate change because of the cache,
I created an expires.conf in the /etc /apache2 directory and added it Include /etc/apache2/expires.conf to 000-default-cert-ssl.conf
Now there's only 1 entry left that I need to fix
