how to improve high load time in magento2

I am getting very high load time in magento 2 even I have the best score in all aspects how to improve load time I am on magento 2.3.4 Kindly help

Do you have a Full Page Cache (FPC) like LiteMage Cache or Varnish?

Are you running Redis Cache? 

What other reasons did GTMetrix gives for the slow loading speed? You've cropped out most of them so they aren't visible.

Have you installed Vanish cache? That would help boost Magento 2 performance
